But i love coffee table books.

Sixty-three.

The sun.

This morning we were awaken by an excited two year old running into our room and exclaimed:
"the sun is up, the sun is up!"

I wish i could wake up with such enthusiasm.

Kate, thank you for being so excited about the sun!

Sixty-two.

A toy.

Toolbox to be exact.
That hammer is currently being used in all aspects of our house.
If it's not broken it still gets fixed.
If it is broken, it gets a little more attention.
Who new these could bring so much joy to my two year old girl.

A Gift.

One of the best gifts i've ever received.
So thoughtful and sweet.
From my wonderful husband whom i adore!
It's picture is a mother and her daughter.
It's name is 'Someone to look up to.'

One i will truly cherish.
Added to my lladro collection.

Picked up this fun decor item at a garage sale in Lehi, Utah a couple years ago.
It has been used by many.
A favorite item among kate's friends.

Don't worry, we don't make you pay out of your own pocket.
We have a bowl full of quarters.
Next time you stop by, don't forget to grab some.

Captured this little girl a couple days ago.
Adorable isn't she?
Looks just like her mom.

Picasso.

Painting is usually in our daily routine.
To an untrained eye, her painting masterpieces look like a big colorful mess.
To her, on this day, it was a wall.
I like to see it as she sees it.

Fifty-six.

Eat.

This sits right about the kids table.
I often tell kate to 'eat your...'
Today while she was eating some snacks she offered me some, i politely declined.
She kept forcing it into my face saying, 'eat your snackys mom, eat them, eat them!'
i finally took one to make her happy and pretended to eat it.
Then i snuck it back into the bag while she was turned away.
She immediately turned to me and exclaimed, 'hey, i saw you put it back in here!'

how does she have eyes in back of her head already?!
