One hundred and seventy four.

Meet the Goby [pronounced: go-bee].

He is another one of our pets that reside in our tank.
He is a tunnel digger and hides most of the day.
I used to think he was ugly and useless.
Now, i love him...
He's so fun to watch and i think he is absolutely beautiful.
He is also nameless...
Suggestions are also welcome on the naming of the goby.

Marlin and Nemo.

Yes, these are our pets.
We have 2 clown fish that resemble the father/son duo.
However they are still unnamed.
Any suggestions?

Fortune.

This fortune cookie was pointing right at me.
My mom-in-law says that the one pointing at you is the one you should take.
[Apparently another superstition]
Obviously i do not believe that a paper from a fortune cookie will determine your fate...
Plus, is this saying even a fortune?
But they are fun to crack open and read.

{Side note: Right before daniel and i got married he cracked open a cookie that read, "you will take a vacation by the seaside" and in fact we did vacation by the seaside for our honeymoon...}

Future Photographer?

Kate actually snapped a few photos with my canon 50d.
It's a pretty artistic shot, in my opinion.
Maybe we have a future photographer on our hands...
Although on her list of, "when i grow up i want to be..." do not include a photographer,
They do include the following:
a dancing girl
a singing girl
a working girl just like my dad and papa

So so cute.

She isn't so little anymore.

There's something about this photo that i absolutely love.
I love how the water is in a perfect circular shape, all around Kate.
I love how she is timidly walking to the center.
I love the colors and her swimming suit.

Fish Tank.

We got a salt water fish tank a couple months ago.
We've put some clown fish, starfish and coral in so far.
The other day i was checking out the tank and saw this baby star fish.
Not sure how it got there?
Maybe one of our bigger starfish had a baby?
Maybe it came in on some coral or rock?
However it go in, i don't care.
I love it.
It's so cute!

Dance.

I put kate in dance classes.
She goes once a week.
Tap. Ballet. Tumbling.
She LOVES it.
Actually, that might be an understatement.
She asks everyday if she can go.
She practices everyday.
I think she'll be a pretty good dancer.

It's too cute seeing those little 2 year olds dance.

She is completely outgoing.
She is independent.
She is a daddy's girl.
[see i told you... complete opposite.]

Now... she is a dancer!

Happy Easter.

Watching the sunrise this morning with at the traditional Zobrist sunrise service was absolutely beautiful.
I am grateful for my Savior... Who died for me so that one day i can return back to him and my Heavenly Father.

One hundred and forty seven.

Day Three.

Included a morning and early afternoon in the heart of downtown Park City.
Where we got a few delicious treats at the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory.
Yum.
Then we headed to Salt Lake City...
where we admired the "This is the Place" Monument and explored a little pioneer ground.

Day Two.

Day 2: A day at the Spa and a stroll down Main Street!
Most would cringe at the fact that our trip included snow and cold weather...
But we live in the heat of the desert, so this trip is refreshing and 'rejuvenating' in so many ways.
Today we relaxed and enjoyed a body scrub, a pedicure, a facial and a massage.
Went here and enjoyed it so, so much. If you are ever in midway, park city or heber, this is a place worth stopping for a massage or pedicure!
